In case of digitally delivery you will as part of the order confirmation, have the opportunity to access:

How to use the gift card
Your gift card can be used for all stays bookable directly at www.arp-hansen.com, our individual hotel websites and www.wakeupcopenhagen.com.
When making a reservation which must be prepaid at the time of booking, you have to insert your gift card number and PIN code (only applies if the PIN code appears on the gift card) on our website.
If you make a reservation that is with free cancellation and thus has to be paid at the hotel, you will need to verify the reservation with a valid credit card and bring the gift card with you when checking in. The hotel staff will put the room on the gift card instead of your credit card.
If you have purchased a gift card, it is possible to use your gift card as partial payment of a reservation, as well as save a remaining balance for your next stay.
About the gift card
Our standard terms and conditions for reservations are also applicable when paying by gift card.
Please treat your gift card with care. It holds monetary value. Arp-Hansen Hotel Group cannot be held liable for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Only the person in possession of the gift card can redeem it.
Your gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.
The gift card expires 3 years from the purchase date.
The gift card can be used for a stay at the following hotels*: Phoenix Copenhagen, 71 Nyhavn Hotel, Copenhagen Strand, Imperial Hotel, The Square, Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center, Copenhagen Island, Gentofte Hotel and Wakeup Copenhagen Hotels.
*Only valid for overnight stays and restaurant visits if it's in connection with a stay.
Gift cards can be used at the following restaurants when staying at the hotel:

- Brasserie Hugo (Phoenix Copenhagen)
- Ristorante L'Appetito (Imperial Hotel)
- Il Rosmarino (71 Nyhavn Hotel)
You can be informed of the balance of your gift card at any time by contacting our Central Reservations Department.
Should you regret your purchase within 14 days please, contact the Central Reservation Department for Arp-Hansen Hotel Group.
