COVID-19 information and what you can expect when you visit us

The safety and security of our guests is our highest priority these days. In order to create optimal safety for our guests and of course also for our employees, we have supplemented our usual procedures and routines with the following special initiatives:
 

  • Naturally, we follow all recommendations and guidelines from the Danish government.
  • All employees have received detailed information about COVID-19 and instructions based on government recommendations.
  • Stands and bottles of hand sanitizer are freely available to guests and staff in all common areas and facilities in our hotels.
  • We ensure all exposed surfaces, such as door handles, payment terminals and elevator buttons are continuously disinfected with antibacterial liquid.
  • We have clear procedures for dealing with colleagues who may show signs of illness – obviously, they do not come to work.
  • We will of course contact the health authorities immediately and launch a coordinated action plan, if we discover a case of Coronavirus at one of our hotels.

Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center

  • Tivoli Brasserie and Tivoli Bar & Lounge are open for á la carte dining between 4PM-10.30PM. A valid corona passport and other ID must be presented at the entrance.
  • Room Service is open every day of the week from 4PM-9.30PM. Order from our menu and pick up your dinner at the Tivoli Lobby Bar or have it delivered to your room. See the menu.
  • We offer breakfast buffet in Tivoli Brasserie for all guests staying in Standard, Superior & Family rooms. A valid corona passport and other ID must be presented at the entrance. Reservation is also necessary - make your reservation through the digital guestbook or at the reception. Guests without a valid corona passport can pick up take-away breakfast at the Tivoli Lobby Bar.
  • The Tivoli Lobby bar is open every day 6.30AM - 10PM (to 11PM from July 1st). A valid corona passport and other ID must be presented when enjoying your refreshments at the lobby bar area.
  • Executive Breakfast in Tivoli View is open for all guests staying in Executive rooms & Suites. A valid corona passport and other ID must be presented at the entrance. Reservation is also necessary - make your reservation through the digital guestbook or at the reception.
  • The Executive Lounge is open.  A valid corona passport and other ID must be presented at the entrance.
  • All food and beverages must be consumed either in the restaurants or in the room.
  • Pool and fitness are open. A valid corona passport must be presented. It is not required to book a pass for the pool & fitness center - all you have to do is to collect a key to the area at the Front Desk where you will also be showing you corona passport.
  • Penthouse Pool & Relax is closed until August 13th 2021. Guests with access to Penthouse Pool & Relax are kindly requested to contact the hotel.
  • Tivoli Playroom is open.
  • Children under the age of 15 are exempt from using a corona passport.
  • The hotel complies with all government recommendations regarding distance and maximum number of people gathered in one place.
  • Refreshments in conjunction with meetings are served in portions as take-away meals. Food and drinks should be consumed when seated in the meeting room.

Phoenix Copenhagen

  • Restaurant Von Plessen is open for breakfast for the hotel guests. A valid corona passport and other ID must be presented at the entrance.
  • Room service is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner all week. Possibility of ordering until 10PM. We deliver to your room.
  • Brasserie Murdoch´s Books & Ale is open Monday to Saturday from 12noon-10PM and Sunday from 3PM-10PM. A valid corona passport and other ID must be presented at the entrance.
  • Any refreshments for meetings must be consumed when seated in the meeting room. Lunch can be enjoyed in the restaurant.
  • All food & drinks must be enjoyed in the hotel room for guests without a corona passport.
  • The fitness center is open. A valid corona passport must be presented – contact reception for access.
  • Children under the age of 15 are exempt from using a corona passport.
  • The hotel complies with all government recommendations regarding distance and maximum number of people gathered in one place.

Imperial Hotel

  • Ristorante L'Appetito is open for á la carte from 12 noon - 12 midnight. A valid corona passport and other ID must be presented at the entrance. Last order of food is at 10.30PM. Last order of beverages is at 11.45M, but you can stay seated until 12 midnight.
  • You can order room service all weekdays from 12 noon- 12 midnight. (Last order is 10.30PM). The food can be picked up at the bar.
  • We serve breakfast buffet in our breakfast restaurant. A valid corona passport and other ID must be presented at the entrance.
  • Refreshments in conjunction with meetings is possible.
  • Fitness center is open. A valid corona passport must be presented – contact reception for access.
  • Children under the age of 15 are exempt from using a corona passport.
  • The hotel complies with all government recommendations regarding distance and maximum number of people gathered in one place.

The Square

  • If you would like a ‘stay-in dinner’, we would be pleased to assist you in ordering room service from the city's large selection of eateries and will deliver it up to your room. Contact us at the reception for more information.
  • We serve breakfast buffet in our breakfast restaurant. A valid corona passport and other ID must be presented at the entrance.
  • The hotel restaurant is open.
  • Executive Loungeis open.
  • The Lobby baris open.
  • The hotel complies with all government recommendations regarding distance and maximum number of people gathered in one place.

Copenhagen Island

  • Restaurant The Harbour and our bar are open for à la carte dining Monday - Saturday between 5PM and 12 midnight. A valid corona passport and other ID must be presented at the entrance. Last order of food is at 10PM.
  • Room service is open Monday to Saturday from 5PM - 12 midnight (last order at 10PM). We deliver to your room. On Sundays, we are helpful in ordering from the city's selection of take-away.
  • We offer breakfast buffet in Restaurant The Harbour. A valid corona passport and other ID must be presented at the entrance. Guests without a valid corona passport can pick up breakfast at the buffet and enjoy it in the room.
  • The fitness center is open. A valid corona passport must be presented – contact reception for access.
  • Children under the age of 15 are exempt from using a corona passport.
  • The hotel complies with all government recommendations regarding distance and maximum number of people gathered in one place.

71 Nyhavn Hotel

  • Breakfast can be enjoyed in our cozy breakfast restaurant. A valid corona passport and other ID must be presented at the entrance.
  • If you would like a ‘stay-in dinner’, we would be pleased to assist you in ordering room service from the city's large selection of eateries and will deliver it up to your room. Contact us at the reception for more information.
  • Children under the age of 15 are exempt from using a corona passport.
  • Library Lounge is open.

Copenhagen Strand

  • The lobby bar offers beverages until 12 midnight.
  • All food and drinks, except breakfast for guests with a corona passport, must be consumed in the room.
  • Children under the age of 15 are exempt from using a corona passport.
  • The hotel complies with all government recommendations regarding distance and maximum number of people gathered in one place.

Gentofte Hotel

  • If you would like a ‘stay-in dinner’, we would be pleased to assist you in ordering room service from the city's large selection of eateries and will deliver it up to your room. Contact us at the reception for more information.
  • We offer breakfast in our restaurant. A valid corona passport and other ID must be presented at the entrance. Guests without a valid corona passport can pick up their breakfast in the restaurant and enjoy it in the room or outside as take away.
  • Refreshments for meetings are served in portions and must be consumed when seated in the meeting room.
  • All food and drinks, except breakfast for guests with a corona passport, must be enjoyed in the room.
  • Restaurant Jordnær is open Tuesday to Friday. Reservation is necessary.
  • Children under the age of 15 are exempt from using a corona passport.
  • The hotel complies with all government recommendations regarding distance and maximum number of people gathered in one place.

Wakeup Copenhagen hotels

  • Wakeup breakfast buffet is available for guests with a valid Corona passport or valid test. In case of neither, the hotels offers a breakfast bag.
  • Valid corona passport and other ID has to be shown in the restaurant.
  • Children under the age of 15 are exempt from using a corona passport.
  • The hotel complies with all government recommendations regarding distance and maximum number of people gathered in one place.

Steel House Copenhagen

  • Bar and café are open. A valid corona passport and other ID must be presented at the entrance.
  • Fitness center and pool are open. A valid corona passport must be presented – contact reception for access.
  • Children under the age of 15 are exempt from using a corona passport.
  • The hotel complies with all government recommendations regarding distance and maximum number of people gathered in one place.

Holding meetings at our hotels

All our hotels are open for meetings and conferences. Note that corona passport is required.

When holding meetings at our hotels, the following will apply:
 

  • Stands and bottles with hand sanitizer are available in all our meeting rooms.
  • We follow government guidelines for distancing and space requirements.
  • Signs with government recommendations are visible in our meeting facilities.
  • Office supplies and AV equipment in the meeting rooms are disinfected before the start of the meeting.
  • Refreshments will be served in accordance with government guidelines.
