There are three membership levels of Arp card: White, Silver and Gold. All new members start with Arp White and are then upgraded to Arp Silver or Arp Gold as soon as the required number of nights has been reached.
Points are earned on all types of room reservations, i.e on special offers, package offers and other similar offers.

Arp White
Arp White is reached upon establishing membership. With the card you have the opportunity to earn points and book free nights.
As an Arp White cardholder you get:
- 500 points per overnight stay at all Arp-Hansen Hotel Groups hotels*.
- One free night in a standard room after 10 stays.
- During campaign periods we include a dinner valued at DKK 190,00**
*Not valid for Gentofte Hotel and Wakeup Copenhagen.

We offer our hotel guests Arp Silver after 15 overnight stays a year. In addition to the benefits you receive with Arp White, as a holder of Arp Silver you also receive:
- a 10% discount in our restaurants
- The possibility of a late departure on request
- Companion without additional cost Sunday – Friday*

This card is reserved for our most loyal customers, who stay at Arp-Hansen Hotel Group for more than 35 nights a year. In addition to the benefits you receive with Arp White and Arp Silver, as a holder of Arp Gold, you also receive:
- Guaranteed room two days before arrival (We do not guarantee price and hotel)
- Best room in the same category
- Companion without additional cost every day*
